• Richard speaks frequently to audiences of students, parents, educators and policy makers.  Speaking venues have included school club meetings, private gatherings, legislative committee hearings at the State Capital, donor events, sports team parent meetings, conferences, podcasts, churches, fundraisers, and a variety of other settings.  Speaking topics can be tailored to the  audience in the general areas of: Education Reform, School Choice, A Libertarian View of Education, Free-Market Capitalism, The History of Public Education in America, The Role of the Church in the Desegration of Public Schools, UIL Athletics and Charter Schools, and the Role of Youth Sports in Education.
